Bottom Line:
- If you want your profitable equity to be higher and your property safe from inspection scrutiny, you need to hire a handyman that is diversified in many aspects of the construction world.
- I understand the building codes as well as the ease in which specialized tradesman will compromise the work of others to complete their work and get your money.
- When an Inspector finds the compromised work, they document it as a negative against your home creating unexpected expense in discounting or repair.
- One of the most common things I hear from Clients when I'm hired to repair work done by a Licensed Contractor is "But He Was Such A Nice Guy". The State licenses Contractors, but they DON'T judge competence or honesty.
- Repair and improve "By Owner" not "By Contract". Do It Yourself… with my help.
