Bottom Line:

If you want your profitable equity to be higher and your property safe from inspection scrutiny, you need to hire a handyman that is diversified in many aspects of the construction world.
I understand the building codes as well as the ease in which specialized tradesman will compromise the work of others to complete their work and get your money.
When an Inspector finds the compromised work, they document it as a negative against your home creating unexpected expense in discounting or repair.
One of the most common things I hear from Clients when I'm hired to repair work done by a Licensed Contractor is "But He Was Such A Nice Guy". The State licenses Contractors, but they DON'T judge competence or honesty.
Repair and improve "By Owner" not "By Contract". Do It Yourself… with my help.
